From the start Karen was pretty much on the money in terms of time frames and other expectations. She wasn't pushy or... smug etc like other real estate agents I have encountered. The reason we went with Karen is because we thought she is someone who people would like to buy a house off with her calm and respectful demeanour. I think we were correct. She was always in touch with us as to what was happening during the process but only when necessary which was great. Our tenant in the house also found Karen very respectful and easy to deal with when it came time for inspections and open homes etc.read more
